Qual IT Care Alliance (HCCN)
The Qual IT Care Alliance is a “Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN)” and a partnership of Healthefficient, MACHC, and DCPCA. Health centers who are part of the Qual IT Care Alliance can participate in individual practice facilitation, training, learning collaboratives, data analytics and HIT support, and a biannual conference. Currently, 37 health centers members participate in the Qual IT Care Alliance, from DC, MD, NY, NJ, PA, CT and FL.
HRSA-funded HCCNs provide specialized technical and training assistance to member health centers. An HCCN is focused on solutions that take advantage of economies of scale, including group purchasing power, shared training, data analytics to support quality measurement and improvement.
